Hockey training for teens is a discipline that's becoming very popular. The adolescent years are the years in which all the players start playing at the same level and natural talent is not sufficient by itself. This type of player needs to somehow rise above ftheir competition by employing a physical training program. When these children are 15 or more, their bodies will have developed enough making them capable of following a stronger program.
